CEW VIP Membership is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time through your Whop account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Due to the instant-access digital nature of our products (guides, playbooks, downloadable content), all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. We do not offer refunds on digital products.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to purchased content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion. Exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
